Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 kgcassava flour
  2. 4ripe bananas
  3. 4tdspns of sugar
  4. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  5. 3 tablespoonswarm milk/water

Cooking Instructions

    Peel of the banana and mash them in a clean bowl.

    Add the warm milk,baking powder and the cassava flour. keep adding the flour till the dough is firm.

    Knead well....Roll on a flat surface.....using a plastic cup make round shapes from the dough

  4. 4

    Using a shallow pan deep fry till brown. Let cool before enjoy it.
