Mix all of your dry ingredients in a bowl

In a separate larger bowl, mash two bananas. Once thoroughly mashed, add egg, mixing until combined

Whisk 3/4 milk into egg and banana mixture

Next combine dry and wet ingredients. Do not over mix! It will be lumpy. That’s ok.

Cook over medium griddle
