উপকরণ

  1. Chicken 750gms
  2. 4tablespoon red Mitch powder
  3. Salt & ginger- garlic paste
  4. 4tablespoon curd
  5. 1tablespoon turmeric powder
  6. 1tablespoon coriender powder
  7. 1tablespoon cumin powder
  8. 1table spoon garam masala
  9. 1table spoon chicken masala
  10. 2tomato puree
  11. Chopped 3 onions
  12. Corriender leaves
  13. 2green chilly
  14. Kasuri methi
  15. Chopped tomato petals

রান্নার নির্দেশ সমূহ

    Firstly marrinated chicken with red chilly powder and salt ginger-garlic paste & kept for 30 minutes. I have taken curd in another bowl & mixed turmeric powder & corriender powder & cumin powder & chicken masala & garam masala into it. I have grinded tomatoes & prepared tomato puree.

    I have chopped petal size onions, tomatoes, corriender leaves & made ginger-garlic paste. I have fried chopped onions & fried till golden brown.Then mixed ginger garlic paste a& after that tomato Puree.

    I have fried the mixture till oil will be separated from the mixture. Then mixed curd batter.

    Then I have added marrinated chicken into the mixture & boiled till the chickn cooked properly. After properly boiled chicken added onion petals into it & mixing it.

    After that I have added tomato petals in it & cooked for 5 mins.Then added 2 green chillies & corriender leaves & kasuri methi for garnishing.

  6. 6

    I have mixed those ingredients properly & finally delicious healthy chicken do-peyaja ready to serve.
