উপকরণ

  1. 3raw bananas
  2. 1potato boiled
  3. 2 tbspbesan/gramflour
  4. 1 tbspmaida
  5. 1 pinchhing
  6. 1 tsproasted jeera powder
  7. 3-4green chillies chopped
  8. 2 tbspginger paste
  9. 1 tbspaloo dum masala
  10. 1 tbspfresh cream or malai
  11. 4 tbspoil
  12. 2 tbspchopped coriander
  13. To tastesalt and sugar
  14. 1 tspgaram masala
  15. 1/2 tspturmeric
  16. 1/4th tsp red chilli powder
  17. 2 tbsptomato puree

রান্নার নির্দেশ সমূহ

    Cut raw banana into 4 pieces each with skin and boil.Boil the potato also.Peel the skin and mash and mix both.Add besan or gramflour, 2 tsp ginger paste,1tsp roasted jeera powder,chopped green chillies,1 tbsp chopped coriander,salt and sugar to taste.Mash all and make it into a dough.If needed add some more besan. Make small balls out of it and fry in hot oil.Set aside.

    Heat some more oil and sprinkle hing. Then add 1tbsp ginger paste, aloo dum masala, tomato puree,turmeric and red chilli powder.Add salt and sugar to taste and fresh cream and fry.Add 1 cup water and boil the masala.When the gravy is thick carefully ads the koftas. Add garam masala.Toss lightly and garnish with fresh cream and coriander. Serve with methi paratha or roti.

    Note: Koftas absorb gravy so keep some gravy separate to mix it later.
