Steam the cauliflower for 5-6 min and deep fried it

In the oil add onion, chilli, ginger, garlic and fry it till it changes the colour then add poppy seeds and charmogoj saute it and add salt. Cool down the mixture and make a smooth paste.

Add more oil and put the purée into it and cook it for 5-6 min

Add the cauliflower and garam masala, sugar, curd,salt and cook it till the cauliflower turns soft.. if required add little water. Cook it for 10-15 min.
