Ingredients

  1. 1 cupCorn kernels
  2. 1onion
  3. 1cucumber
  4. 1tomato
  5. 1raw mango
  6. 1small carrot
  7. 1boiled potato
  8. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/4 tspblack salt
  10. 1/4 tspcumin powder
  11. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  12. 1/4 tspgreen coriander leaves
  13. 1 tsplemon juice
  14. 1/4 tspchaat masala
  15. As neededsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil corn kernels for a 3-4 min.

    Wash all veggies. Peel off skin of onion, boiled potato & cucumber.

  3. 3

    In a mixing bowl add boiled kernels & all chopped veggies (chop into small pieces- onion, cucumber, tomato, raw mango, potato, carrot & coriander leaves).

    Now add all spices. Mix it well. Serve with lunch, dinner or only raw salad can be eaten.
