Ingredients

  1. 100 gsprouted moong
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1Tomato
  4. 1Cucumber
  5. 2green chillies
  6. 1/ 4 th cup Spring onion
  7. 1/4 th cup coriander leaves
  8. 1/4 th tsp salt
  9. 1/4 th tspchaat masala
  10. 1/4 th tsp black salt
  11. 1/4 th tsp amchur powder
  12. 1 tsplemon juice
  13. 1/2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Soaked overnight, sprouted moong and boiled for 1 whistle in a pressure cooker with water.

    Finely chopped all veggies..

  3. 3

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients...

  4. 4

    Take it out in a serving bowl and it is ready to serve...
