  • 100 gsprouted moong
  • 1Onion
  • 1Tomato
  • 1Cucumber
  • 2green chillies
  • 1/ 4 th cup Spring onion
  • 1/4 th cup coriander leaves
  • 1/4 th tsp salt
  • 1/4 th tspchaat masala
  • 1/4 th tsp black salt
  • 1/4 th tsp amchur powder
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1/2 cupwater

Steps

    Soaked overnight, sprouted moong and boiled for 1 whistle in a pressure cooker with water.
