Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsprouted moong beans
  2. 1/2 cupchickpeas
  3. 1/2 cupgarbanzo beans
  4. 1/2 cupcorn kernels
  5. 2 tablespoonsfinely chopped cucumber
  6. 2 tablespoonsfinely chopped onion
  7. 2 tablespoonsfinely chopped tomato
  8. 2 tablespoonsfinely chopped carrot
  9. 2 tablespoonsfinely chopped beetroot
  10. 1finely chopped green chili
  11. 8-10finely chopped mint leaves
  12. 1-2 tablespoonslemon juice
  13. 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  14. 1/2 teaspoonchaat masala
  15. Black salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Add sprouted moong beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, and corn kernels to a pressure cooker.

    Add 1/2 cup water and cook until 2 whistles.

    Drain using a strainer to remove excess water.

  4. 4

    Mix the boiled beans with finely chopped salad vegetables.

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice, chaat masala, black pepper powder, and black salt on top and mix well.

  6. 6

    This can also be called a diet salad.
