Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled peanuts
  2. 1/2 cupalmonds-
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 1 tbspchopped cucumber
  6. 1 tspChaat masala
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/4 tspblack salt
  9. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  10. 1 tspchopped mint leaves
  11. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  12. 2 tspghee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan heat ghee or oil,add boiled peanuts,roast for 2_3 minutes, remove from pan

  2. 2

    Again add 1 tsp oil or ghee in a pan roast almonds until light brown, remove from heat

  3. 3

    In a bowl mix peanuts, almonds, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped cucumberchopped coriander leaves,1tsp roasted jeera powder,chaat masala,salt,black salt,mix all ingredients wellyour healthy salad is ready
