預備食材

3 rolls
  1. All purpose flour 60 g
  2. Tapioca starch 40-50 g
  3. Water 150-180 ml
  4. Salt 2tsp
  5. Chives little
  6. Fillings
  7. Little black pepper powder
  8. Corn little
  9. Ham (optional)
  10. Sauce
  11. Mayonnaise sauce
  12. Takoyaki sauce

    Prepare all the ingredients. Put flour, tapioca starch, salt, water and chives in. Mix it well.

    We need the mixture to be slightly watery.

  3. 3

    Get your pan nice and hot. Add some oils in.

  4. 4

    Turn the heat to low. Add the mixture in & round the pan quickly (make sure all the mixture place ok the pan evenly)

    Add whisked egg in & roll it again.

  6. 6

    Add some pepper & corn or anything you want.

  7. 7

    After 3-4mins, flow it & use your scapula press the pancake down to shape it well.

    Repeat step 4-7.

    Add the sauce in. There you go, easy and yummy Taiwanese breakfast!
