Plain Pancakes

Cooking Instructions

Sift All purpose flour with salt.beat 1 egg.use milk at room temperature

Mix beaten egg in flour.slowly add milk & whisk well to a smooth batter without any lumps.

Add 1/2 -1 tsp oil in pans.I have used 3 pans of different size. You cn work as your choice.

Take a ladle full of batter & pour in pan.flame should be low-medium. Spread the batter evenly by rotating pan.

Let it cook at medium flame.do not touch spoons or try to flip early. As the batter cooks it will be seen in pan.the sides leave pan & colour also changes.

When one side is cooked & firm.flip it gently by spoon or tongs.

Colour becomes golden -light brown. Depend how you want your pancakes.once done from both sides take out from pan.

Dish out pancakes.eat just like that or spread any jam,nutella,butter. Or fill it up with filling of your choice & enjoy with cookpad.
