Chicken BBQ Biryani

Cooking Instructions

Prepare BBQ masala by putting all the ingredients under the BBQ masala heading into a grinder and grind coarsely. Set aside

Now marinate the chicken with all the ingredients listed under marination heading including 1 tbsp of the BBQ masala prepared earlier. Marinate this for 30 minutes.

Drizzle some oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until tender. Give it coal smoke. Set aside

Prepare masala by putting oil in a pot, then add onions. Fry until golden. Add cardamoms cinnamon, green chilli and bay leaves and cook a bit..add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft. Add all the spices mentioned and the remaining BBQ masala as well that was grinded earlier. Add yogurt and cook until oil separates.

Layer masala in the bottom..add mint and coriander then fried onions and then put boiled rice over it. Sprinkle some food colour and cover and simmer on low flame for 10 minutes.
