Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcurd
  2. 4 tbspbesan
  3. 1 tspturemeric
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tbspgaram masala
  6. 1 tbspchaat masala
  7. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tbspdhaniya powder
  9. 1sliced onion
  10. 1sliced potato
  11. For pakoda
  12. 1 cupbesan
  13. 1 tspjeera
  14. 1green chilli
  15. 1 tspred chilli powder
  16. 1 tspturmeric
  17. 1 tspbaking soda
  18. For tempering
  19. Few curry leaves
  20. 1 tspjeera
  21. 1 tspMustard seeds
  22. 3-4red chillies
  23. 8-10green chillies
  24. 1 tbspkashmiri chilli powder
  25. 4 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add curd, water, besan, salt and all the spices blend well

  2. 2

    Take a wok heat oil add onions, potatoes, and cook till soft

  3. 3

    Add the prepared mixture to it and cook well for at least 45 minutes

    Meanwhile lets prepare the Pakoras for kadhi

  5. 5

    Take a bowl add besan, jeera, chillies, salt, chilli powder and baking soda,add water and make a thick batter.

    Deep fry the pakoras on medium flame and add it to the kadhi

  7. 7

    After 45 minutes take out the kadhi in a bowl.

    Take a pan heat ghee, add jeera, sarso, red chillies, green chillies, kashmiri chilli powder, curry leaves and let it temper.

    Pour the tempering to the kadhi and serve hot
