1 pinchcumin
1 pinchturmeric
1/2 tspred chilli
1/2 tspcoriander powder
1 pinchmustard seeds
salt as per tatse
1green chilli

Peel the cucumber and cut them into big ones.

Chop the tomato and chilli.

In a wok add oil. Heat it up. Add asafoetida, cumin and turmeric. Stir it. Add tomatoes, chilli and cucumber. Cover it with a lid.

Cook it for 5minutes. Stir it and add rest of the spices.
