    2 cup chawal saaf kar ke bhigo lien.1/2hour ke lyay.

    Ik pan mn oil dalien garam honay par zerra dal kar karkaraien ab pyaz dalien brown ho jayay tu 1/3cup pani daal kar chand second cover krien ta ke pyaz ka pani nikal ayay

    An g g paste add krien 1 minute pakayen

    Ab namak hari mirch aur tamater add krien dhak kar tamater galnay tak pakayen

    Ab 4 cup pani add krien ubal a jayay tu chawal add krien dhak kar pakayen.

    Jab halka sa moisture rh jayay tu dhaken mn kapra lagakar 10 minute halki anch par dum lgayen.

    10 minute baad dum khol kar garam garam daal salad raitay aur achaar ke sath paish krien.
