I am starting these keto diets in my live. Not due to weight or hype, but mostly my needs to be free of medications on my old age😁. Sometimes taking the medications can be such bladerdash 🙏no pun intended, for me.

  1. 5 tbspwheat protein and 5 tbsp coconut's flour
  2. 3 tbspcoconuts raspel
  3. 1egg
  4. 3 tspstevia (add more if You like)
  5. 1/2 packetyeast mix 1/4 cup warm water
  6. 50 grbutter
  7. 3/4 cupcoconut's milch
  8. 1 pinchsalt
  9. 3 tspwhipcream
  10. 3 tspfresh cheese

Cara Membuat

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Set aside the mixture of yeast and warm water for 5 minutes.

    Mix all ingredients into one bowl. Set aside for 30 minutes to build up the glutten.

    Prepare non stick pan and grease with butter and heat up the pan until it is zisling when You drop a bit of water on it. Keep on in medium heat.

    Start to make the pancakes in medium heat. And flip them when the color is brown.

  5. 5

    Pancakes ready to be consumed. I use this recipe for the normal size of pancake also. Enjoy the pancakes😘
