Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupcorn flour
  2. 1 1/2 cupwater
  3. 2 glassmilk
  4. 2 tbspmilk powder
  5. To tastesugar
  6. As neededcrushed nuts
  7. As neededrose syrup

Cooking Instructions

    Take a big bowl add corn starch,water and mix it and make the thin batter

  2. 2

    Now take a nonstick pan add thin batter and stir it continuously till dough form

  3. 3

    Take a bowl add ice, cold water

  4. 4

    Take a sev mould and add it

  5. 5

    Sev mould press it into child water

  6. 6

    Take a another pan add milk, milk powder and boil it till 10 minutes at low flame

  7. 7

    Add sugar and mix it

  8. 8

    Rest it for 1 hour in refrigerator

  9. 9

    Than take a glass add rose syrup, falooda sev, chilled milk, nuts

  10. 10

    And serve it
