Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlmango pulp fresh
  2. 1 bowlidli rava
  3. 1/2 bowlJaggery
  4. As per your choiceCardamom powder or nutmeg powder
  5. 1 cupmilk
  6. 1small bowl coconut grated
  7. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  8. 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  9. As per tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take mango pulp in a bowl add idli rava and mix keep aside.

    Now add grated coconut and Jaggery to it mix well and wait for 5 mins.

    Now add milk and pinch of salt and cardamom powder, mix well.

  4. 4

    Now grease one pot and pour the mixture to it,prepare steamer, here i used idli steamer and steam for 15 mins check with toothpick.

    Let it cool drizzle 1 tspoon desi ghee and decorate with grated coconut. Yummy and healthy dish.
