Ingredients

  1. Chicken
  2. Vegetable oil
  3. 1 teaspooncumin
  4. 1 teaspoonCoriander
  5. 1 teaspoonPaprika
  6. Minced garlic
  7. 1/2turmeric
  8. 1 pinchblackpepper
  9. Salt
  10. Barbeque sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken with the spices and minced garlic for one hour or more

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in cooking pan. Add chicken and allow to brown both sides. Then add onion and cook for 45 minutes on low heat.

  3. 3

    Put off the fire and add barbeque sauce.
