  2. 3 TbspOil
  3. 1 tspSalt (to taste)
  4. 1/2 tspZeera
  5. 3-4Kalimirch
  6. 1Loung
  7. 1Darchinni stick
  8. 1Tezpat
  9. 1Harimirch (optional)

    Rice ko achi tarha wash kar ky soak krdain apny rice ky hissab sy.I soak for 15 min

    Oil garam krain.zeera aur sabit garam masala add krdain.1 min fry krain.

    Rice ka pani nithar kar oil main add krdain.

    Salt add krain.medium flame py cook hony dain 2 cup pani ky sath. 1 glass rice py 2 glass pani ka ratio ideal hy.

    Pani dry hony lagy ga tu check krain.spoon sy rice hata kar daikhain pani dry nazar eye tu dam py rakh dain.aik harimirch add krdain (optional)

    Dam ky lye tawa use krain.pehly 3 m8n tez heat phir flame low krdain..

    Bhagary rice tayar hain.taza taza serve krain
