Ingredients

  1. 1Onion
  2. 1Tomato
  3. 1Cucumber
  4. 1Carrot
  5. 1Lemon
  6. 1/4 cupCabbage chop
  7. 1/4 tspBlackpepper crush
  8. 1/4 tspSalt
  9. 1/8 tspCaster Sugar
  10. LeavesFew Salad
  11. leavesFew Mint

Cooking Instructions

    Wash & peel cucumber & carrot.diced them.

    Peel Onion,chop finely.diced tomatoes with seeds. (You can remove seeds if you like)

    Shred cabbage.use fresh salad &mint leaves.

    Combine all together in 1 bowl. Sprinkle salt,caster sugar,blackpepper.squeeze juice of 1 lemon over.toss everything gently.

    Add salad & mint before serving. It cn be keep in fridge under clingfilm till time of use.or serve fresh.This is a proper nutritional portion at lunch time.or can be serve alongside with daal chawal,matar piluo,sabzi,piluo, biryani etc
