Ingredients

  1. Left over ocean trout filet, left over fried whiting whole fish 🐟
  2. Pico de gallo
  3. Shredded lettuce
  4. Avacado
  5. Cilantro and lime dressing

Cooking Instructions

    Remove fish meat from whiting and toss bones in trash

  2. 2

    Remove skin from trout filet and toss. Heat in pan or microwave for 1-2 minutes

  3. 3

    While fish is warming cut up tomatoes onion and bell pepper for pico squeezing juice of 1/2 lime, shred lettuce and slice avocado 🥑

    Heat 🌽 corn tortillas in cast iron skillet a little cooking spray remove and plate

  5. 5

    Add fish to tortilla cilantro dressing pico lettuce and avocado slice, enjoy 😊
