Ingredients

30mins
  1. 1 cupschappati flour
  2. 1/4 tspsugar
  3. 1/4 tspoil
  4. 1 tbspChickpea flour (gram flour)
  5. Hot water
  6. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix the flour and ingredients then add water bind unit into a dough

  2. 2

    Once in a dough if you can allow to sit 20 mins but it’s not essential

  3. 3

    Make into small balls and roll out into small thin circles (to thin they won’t puff up)

  4. 4

    Fry on a high heat they should puff up

  5. 5

    Eat hot if you can but they can be ate cold also
