Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgcarrots
  2. 2 tbspsugar
  3. 2 cupswater
  4. 1 tbsplemon juice (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash peel and chop the carrots into smaller pieces

  2. 2

    Place in a blender and add in the rest of the ingredients

  3. 3

    Blend for 90 seconds on level 2. strain/sieve

  4. 4

    Serve with ice cubes and enjoy
