Cooking Instructions

For stock, pour water, beef pieces, ginger pieces, garlic, whole onion and salt.
Then add whole coriander, fennel, big cardamom and whole black pepper keep it in a muslin cloth pour water.
When the meat is tendered then take it out and filter it well.

Now pour oil,,Add onions, ginger garlic paste, yoghurt, jaiful javiti powder, tomatoes,,garam masala powder,small cardamom and green chilies roast it on low temperature.
Add beef And roast it again lightly add stock.

When it starts to smell put rice, along salt.
When water dries then put it on simmer.
When it starts to steam then pulao is ready::
Served with Mint raita and salad
