Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsmilk
  2. 4 cupswater (some use 2cups of water for 1cup of milk)
  3. Culture (u can use plain yoghurt for subtitute)

Cooking Instructions

    Dilute the milk with water and put it to boil, in ya huce sosai sai sai kisa culture in ko yoghurt. Keep it in a warm place for 8hrs! In yayi kauri refrigerate kar yayi tsami!
