Dahi Bhalle Dahi Bhalle
#itsprocessoverproduct#myfirstrecipeDahi bhallas are almost everyone's favourite. And this is an out-of-the-box recipe and is inspired by an aunty ji, the cook who stayed with us for four days, during the time of marriage, and all the guests in the house went gaga over dahi bhallas made by her. She asked us to use 2 portions of moong dal to 1 portion of urad dal. This way, the bhallas would come out super soft and delicious, she says. This recipe makes use of electric beater to beat the batter until smooth, thick, airy and fluffy. It also makes use of an ice-cream scoop to make it super easy to drop batter into the hot oil and so as to have equal sized bhallas. Here, I have documented the steps required.
