Anise lettuce balls

Ingredients

  1. Anise lettuce 200grm
  2. Kabul chenna 400 grm
  3. Garlic 10 pearls
  4. Onion 1 big
  5. Green chilli 10nos
  6. Oil for deep fry
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. Bread crumbs 125 grm
  9. 3 tbsSesame seed

Cooking Instructions

    Wash anise lettuce and pluck the tender branches from the main stem and keep

    Soak chenna over night

  3. 3

    Grind chenna, anise lettuce, green chilli,onion,garlic and grind as coarse

  4. 4

    Add salt and bread crumbs with ground mixture

  5. 5

    Pour oil in deep bottom pan, wet your hand, take a small ball and slightly press centre, roll with sesame seeds, put in oil and fry both the sides in medium flame

  6. 6

    Serve with sweet and sour ketchup. You can have with lemon rice, tamarind rice curd rice also
