These crunchy sticks are made from beet root puree and lots of coriander. They can be consumed as a tea time snack or they can be served as a party snack with any dip or sauce.

Ingredients

35 minutes
4 persons
  1. 2medium sized beetroots
  2. 3/4 cupfinely chopped coriander
  3. 1.5 cupmaize flour
  4. 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  5. 1 tspcarton seeds
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. As required Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash, peel and roughly chopped beetroots. Pressure cook it and blend it in puree.

    Now mix all ingredients and knead a medium dough.

  3. 3

    Roll and prick it with fork and cut it into desired shape.

  4. 4

    Deep fry it in hot oil on medium flame from both sides, till it becomes crispy.

  5. 5

    Once it cool downs completely,store it in an air tight container ane consume when you wish.
