Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1egg
  3. 1 tbspbaking powder
  4. to tasteSugar
  5. Vanilla flavour
  6. 1 tbspmelted butter
  7. 2 sachetspeak milk

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the dry ingredients together

  2. 2

    Beat the egg and add it to the flour

  3. 3

    Add water to form batter. Note: the batter should not be too watery and it should not be too thick.

    Add melted butter and vanilla flavor. Mix

  5. 5

    Pour small portion of your batter into your non stick frying pan.

  6. 6

    Cook on the first side until bubbles appear and the bottom is golden brown.

  7. 7

    Flip to the other side until it is golden brown too.

  8. 8

    Your pancake is ready. You can serve with honey, sugar syrup etc. I served mine with coffee.
