Ingredients

  1. 4corn cobs
  2. 2 stickssalted butter
  3. 5garlic cloves (minced)
  4. 2 tbspmayo
  5. 1/2 tsppaprika
  6. 1/2 tspchili powder
  7. 1/2 tspdried parsley
  8. 1 tspcumin
  9. 1/8 tspground all spice
  10. 1/4 tspsmoked paprika
  11. 2 tbspparmesan cheese
  12. Sour Cream Mayo Topping:
  13. 1 cupmayo
  14. 1 cupsour cream
  15. Spinkle parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Pre heat broiler to high.

    Shuck your corn.

  3. 3

    Boil corn for 10 minutes. Take out. Pat dry.

  4. 4

    Get 4 pieces of aluminum foil out... however, big you want or need them.

    Melt butter and garlic in bowl.

  6. 6

    Add all the spices to your bowl and mayo.

  7. 7

    Get your aluminum and lay the corn on it. Add the butter mixture on the corn.

    Make the topping and spoon the mixture on the top of the corn.

    Wrap it up and leave it sit for 30 minutes. After it's sat, put in broiler for 7-10 minutes.

    Put back in oven on 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

    Top the corn with more plain sour cream and paprika, jalapenos and squeeze a lime on the top.
