Custard Cream Made with Pancake Mix Custard Cream Made with Pancake Mix
I heard from a friend that it's possible to make custard cream out of pancake mix, which was featured on a TV show, so I thought to give it a try one day.I also tried making it with cake flour instead of pancake mix, but it didn't really change anything.Just mix it. If you mix the eggs, sugar, and pancake mix/flour first, then it won't get lumpy. Recipe by Doroshi- mama cookpad.japan -

I usually don't make desserts because I don't like sweets, but I wanted to try making some for my child to taste. They loved it, and as I kept making them, I adapted the recipe into Tokyo-style pancakes. คุณครู มีเกียรติ เวสารัช (ครูต้นดนตรี)Translated from Cookpad Thailand -

Okonomiyaki (Japanese Savoury Pancake) with Tofu Okonomiyaki (Japanese Savoury Pancake) with Tofu
I come from the Kansai region, so I love okonomiyaki! My Singaporean husband also loves it. It's easy to eat a lot without thinking, I added tofu and hijiki as a healthy choice. It turns very soft and delicious. We both ate too much of this!!This mixture is little bit soft, so please be careful when you turn it over! First cook one side very well until nicely golden brown, then slowly turn it over. If you add more flour, it will be easier to flip, but I cook with less flour. It's also easier if you cook it in smaller batches. This recipe is vegetarian, so if you're not, add some pork or seafoood. For 2 servings. Recipe by Lantana cookpad.japan
