This salad looks like "Potato salad". There is not so much moisture in okara so add the liquid like dressing or dashi (broth) or mayonnaise and so on... and adjust to your taste. Had a salad like this at a work potluck years ago. Put my twist on it and this is how I always make potato salad now.
