  1. 200 gmcapsicum chopped in dices
  2. 2Onion chopped in dices
  3. 3-4garlic cloves
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 2 Tspsoya sauce
  6. 1 Tspvinegar
  7. 1 Tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 Tspcoriander powder
  9. 1 tspCumin seeds
  10. Pinchasafoetida
  11. To tasteSalt
  12. 3-4chopped green chillies
  13. 3 TbspOil
  14. 1 TbspChing's chutney (optional)

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds, heing,garlic,onion & saute it.Now add capsicum, potato with some salt, coriander powder,red chilli powder, Ching's chutney and cook it for 5 min.

    After that add Tomato and cook for 2 min more.Now add soya sauce and vinegar and fry for 1 min at high flame.

    Enjoy with piping hot poori or parathe.
