Cooking Instructions

Take multigrain flour 250 gm divide in 2 portions 125gm each,make puree of 3 tomatoes crush in mixie and sieve through soup strainer.Keep aside.Similarly wash spinach leaves thoroughly 250 gm.Then chop roughly blanch for 5 min,cool and puree in mixie.

Now dough kneading part.Take a bowl add 125gm multigrain wheatflour add pureed tomato paste,salt to taste,little pepper,add 4 TSP olive oil or 15 gm amul yellow butter.Mix till little crumbly add water accordingly make a dough for tart add 1 TSP baking powder.cover and keep aside for 5 min.

Second dough procedure is same with 125gm flour just add spinach puree,rest all ingredients are same.Cover and keep aside for 5 min.

Take tart moulds or small katoris grease them with oil apply with brush,press tomato puree flour in 4 tart moulds.Next set add spinach puree flour in greased moulds.Press nicely.Preheat oven.Add tart shells in oven bake for 15 min on 180degree celsius.

Check in between on oven.Cool them and keep aside.

Finely chop 2 onions,1 large tomato,boiled sweetcorn niblets 2 tbsp,1 red pepper,yellow,green meduim sized.salt and black pepper.Grated mozerella cheese 2 -3 tbsp, cheddar cheese 2 -3 tbsp.Saute onions in olive oil,saute till light golden keep aside.Same pan saute all peppers,sweet corn niblets.Add salt and pepper,add pasta seasoning and mix.Cool it.Divide in 2 portions in one portion add chopped tomato.

Cool little both mixtures.Mix cheddar cheese in both mixtures.Add mixture in both tarts tomato one in spinach tart.Fill them in all tarts.Add Mozerella cheese on top.Bake in preheated oven.Bake for 10 to 12 min at 200 degree celsius till cheese melts.Add drops of ketchup and serve to children.They can be eaten cold and hot too.
