Ingredients

  1. 1 Cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  4. 1/4 cupoil
  5. 1 tspvanilla essence
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. 2 tbspcocoa powder
  9. 1/4 cupmilk
  10. 1 tspvinegar
  11. 1 cupchocolate

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add curd,sugar and whisk it properly,now add oil and again whisk it.Now add vanilla essence and mix it again.

    Now sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder and add in the wet ingredients and fold it gently and if it looks thick add milk and add vinegar and make a smooth consistency batter.

    Now pour this batter in a greased tin and bake it for 35 to 40 minutes at 180 degree.

    After baking,demould it after half an hour.

    Now make chocolate ganache and truffle sauce and keep it aside.

    Now complete the cake with chocolate ganache frosting and truffle sauce.Keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.Garnish with some edible pearls and chocolate designs.

    Our chocolate truffle cake is now ready to serve.Enjoy.
