Steps

In step one, mix 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. When they blend well, add 1/2 cup curd and 1 tsp vanilla essence. Mix well.

In the same bowl, seive 1 cup flour+ 2 tbsp cocoa powder + 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda. Mix slowly. Add 1/2 cup milk gradually to adjust the consistency of the batter.

In a preheated oven/ kadai (preheated for 10 mins), bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30-35 mins... Or on low flame for 35 mins.

Let the cake cool, serve the way you like. I have cut the cake into rectangles, stacked the pieces one above the other, poured chocolate ganache from the top and placed some glazed cherries
