  6. 1-2Star Anise
  7. 1Brown Cardamom
  8. 2.5 inchCinnamon
  9. 10-12Black Pepper
  10. 4-5Cloves
  11. 3-4Bay leaves
  12. 250 gYoghurt
  13. 1 Kgchicken
  14. 3-4 TbspSalt
  15. 6-7Green Chili
  16. 1 KgRice
  17. Orange Food Color
  18. Water as required

Cooking Instructions

    Sb se pehly patili mein ghee ko garam karen, jab ghee garam ho jaey to us mein pyaz dalen or us ko golden brown hone take fry karen,

    Jab ye golden brown ho jaey to us mein lehsan adrak ka paste or green chilli ka paste dalen,

    Phir is ko 3-4 mint take fry karen,

    3-4 mint bad is mein zeera, biryani ke phool, bari Elaichi,

  5. 5

    Darcheeni, kali mirch, long,

  6. 6

    Teez paat dal ke 2-3 mint take bhunnen,

  7. 7

    2-3 mint take bhunney ke bad is mein dahe dalen or dobara 4-5 mint take bhunnen,

  8. 8

    4-5 mint bad is mein chicken, namak,

  9. 9

    Or green chilli dal ke mix karen or 1-2 mint take bhunnen,

  10. 10

    1-2 mint bhunny ke bad is mein 1 glass pani dalen or dhak ke medium flame pe 10-15 mint take pakaen ta ke chicken gal jaey,

    10 - 15 mint bad is ko khol ke check karen ke chicken gala ke nh,

    Ager chicken gal jaey to is mein chawal dalen (Chawal ko takreban 45-50 mint take bhigona hy) phir is mein pani dalen,

    Pani chawalon se ak inch uper hona chahey, phir is ko high flame pe pani khushk hone take pakaen,

    Jab is ka pani khushk ho jaey to is mein orange food color dalen or dhak ke 6-8 mint take dam pe rakh dein,

    Mazeedar Instant Chicken Biryani Taiyar hy is ko raity or salad ke sath paish karen.
