Kofta is just love😍 Everyone loves to have meatballs in every type of dishes but my family specially my mother loves meatballs only in desi style with lots of gravy so I tried this recipe and Alhamdulillah my mother loved it so much.

Ingredients

6-8 servings
  1. For meatballs/kofta
  2. 1 kgchicken mince
  3. 1onion finely chopped
  4. 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
  5. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  8. as required salt
  9. 2 tbschikpeas powder
  10. 1 tbspoppy seeds
  11. 1 tspcumin powder
  12. 1 tspcoriander powder
  13. 1 tspwhole spice powder
  14. 2 tbsfresh coriander chopped
  15. 2bread slices
  16. for curry
  17. 1/2 cupfried onions
  18. 1/2 cuptomato puree
  19. 1/2 cupplain yoghurt
  20. as per taste salt
  21. 1 tspred chilli powder
  22. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  23. 2 tbs ginger garlic paste
  24. 1 tspcumin powder
  25. 1 tspcoriander powder
  26. 1 tspwhole spice powder
  27. 1 cupwater
  28. 3/4 cupoil
  29. Green chillies and fresh coriander for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    In a chopper bowl add all the meatballs ingredients and mix well

  2. 2

    Now make medium size meatballs and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes

  3. 3

    Now in a large skillet heat up oil add ginger garlic paste and fry it until raw smell goes off

  4. 4

    Now add tomato puree fried onions and fry them until oil separates

  5. 5

    Add all the dry spices and fry them

  6. 6

    Now add whisked yoghurt and mix well put meatballs in gravy and mix carefully

  7. 7

    After 3 minutes add 1 cup of water mix and let it simmer for 15 minutes until meatballs get tender

  8. 8

    Turn off the flame dish it out and garnish with green chillies and fresh coriander😋
