Ingredients

  1. 250 gbutter
  2. 7eggs
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1 teaspoonvanilla flavour
  5. 1/2 cupDesicated coconut
  6. 2 1/2 cupflour
  7. 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  8. 1/4 cupcocoa powder

Cooking Instructions

    Cream butter and sugar, till sugar dissolve.

    Add flavour and eggs gradually to the cream mixture and continue to mix.

    In a separate bowl sieve flour and baking powder and kept aside.

    Add the dry sieve ingredients and desicated coconut to the cream mixture to obtain a cake batter.

    Preheat the oven.

    Pour some portion of the batter in a separate bowl, add cocoa powder and mix.

    Arrange the paper cups in a cake pan and scoop the batter a side and the brown mix batter to have 2 layered cupcakes.

    Bake on 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
