Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl combine potatoes, onion, ranch dressing and seasonings of choice; mix well.

Place onto a greased rimmed baking sheet. Cook for 30 minutes or until fork tender.

Remove from oven and give a quick stir. Top with bacon and cheese and return to oven for 5 more minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Roast Potatoes Roast Potatoes
This makes 4 hotel pans of roast potatoes. Can be three. Start two pots of water boiling on stove and preheat convection oven to 400F and regular oven to 450F. It also works well to do this same recipe but put the potatoes in a single layer on a sheet tray. In a single layer you can get away with a hotter oven.
