Cut up your 5 potatoes into bite sized sizes

Put them on a microwavable safe plate and microwave them for 10 minutes.

As the cut up potatoes are in the microwave, heat a skillet on the stove on medium

Pour your vegetable oil in the hot skillet. Be careful because it will pop

When the potatoes are finished in the microwave, pour them into the skillet with the oil. Stir until brown.

Once brown, add salt and pepper and any other flavoring you would like

Keep cooking on low heat until potatoes are soft.

Serve as you'd wish
