Ingredients

2-4 servings
  1. 8-12baby rooster potatoes
  2. 2 1/2 Tblsbutter
  3. Red Robin season salt
  4. Garlic and Herb seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean potatoes and poke each potato twice

  2. 2

    Microwave potatoes 5-6 minutes until starting to soften

  3. 3

    Start melting butter in frying pan and Cut each potato in half

  4. 4

    Add potatoes to the pan and sprinkle seasonings to your taste

  5. 5

    Fry till potatoes start to crisp on the cut ends

  6. 6

    Enjoy!!
