Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlatta
  2. 1 bowlpure ghee
  3. 1/2 bowlsugar
  4. 3 bowlwater

Cooking Instructions

    Melt ghee in a pan on medium heat add atta to it.

    Mix to combine well with ghee then add water (you can also use warm water) combine to stir the atta and cook untill it turns brown in colour and give a nice aroma, take around 6-7 min on medium heat.

    Now add water in it (slowly) stir continuesly for a minute as you add the water and the water gets absorbed by the flour.

    Add in the sugar and mix. Continue to cook for 3 min.

    Now your yummiest halwa is ready garnish with chopped dry fruits....
