Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 gegg noodles
  2. 400 gchicken
  3. 2 tbsp.tom kha spices
  4. 400 mlcoconut milk
  5. 300 gfrozen wok vegetables
  6. Oil
  7. Fresh coriander (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the egg noodles, then rinse them under cold water.

    Chop the chicken up into small cubes, and fry them in some oil.

  3. 3

    In a large pot, pour in the coconut milk, 400ml of water, and the spices. Heat up to a boil.

    Add the chicken and the vegetables, and cook it for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve in a bowl: add some of the egg noodles, pour on the soup, and add fresh chopped coriander on top.
