Ingredients

  1. 4-5Big Size Red Tomato
  2. 2Carrot
  3. 2Onion
  4. 1/4 tbspSalt
  5. 2 tbspSugar
  6. 1/4 tbspBlack Pepper Powder
  7. 2 tbspCorn Flour
  8. 1 CupWater

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pressure cooker add chopped tomato, onion, carrot, 1/2 tbsp salt and 1/2 Cup Water. Cover and cook for 5-6 whistles on medium flame. Veggies are fully cooked and soft. Mash veggies with a masher.

    Sieve it in a bowl. Mash and sieve veggies with spatula.

    Heat a pan on medium flame add 1 tbsp butter and bay leaf. Add sieve soup and mix it well and take a boil. Add 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp tomato ketchup. Mix well add 1/4 tbsp black pepper powder. Add 1 Cup boiling hot water. Let soup boil for 2-3 minutes.

    For slurry take 2 tbsp Corn Flour and mix 1/4 cup water. Slowly add slurry in soup and keep mixing. Cook for 1 more minute. Soup is ready.

    Now let's make croutons. To make croutons, heat a pan add little oil. Put small size bread pieces. Cook from both sides till crisp.

    Serve hot soup with crisp croutons and little butter. Enjoy soup.....🤗🤗
