Maggi cheese bombs

Boil the potatoes in pressure cooker and mash the potatoes,Prepare Maggi in the normal way. Make sure prepared maggi should be dry. It should not have any extra water. Let it cool

Once cooled, add maggi magic masala, butter, chopped green chillies, red chilli flakes, mixed italian herbs, grated cheese, mashed potatoes chopped coriander leaves and salt.

Make a dough of it and divide the dough into equal round balls of any desired shape.

Take a maida,add salt,black pepper powder,add water and make a slurry, mix the balls in it and wrap in raw maggi

In a separate bowl, break the raw maggi into small pieces. Pour 6-7 drops of oil. Mix it.
Take a maggi ball. Stick the pieces of maggi over it by applying a little pressure.

Fry the maggi ball till crunchy and brown. Serve hot with ketchup
