2. Place underneath the shells instead of inside 放扇貝下面,不是𥚃面
3. Put little bit of hot water on it before steaming 蒸之前在𥚃面放點熱水

預備食材

  1. 扇貝 8 隻
  2. 粉絲 1 束
  3. 調味
  4. 蒜蓉 2 顆
  5. 鹽丶糖 少許
  6. 生抽 少許

料理步驟

    Wash the scallops thoroughly, soak glass noodles at the same time 完全清洗扇貝;同時浸粉絲

  2. 2

    Place the glass noodles under each scallop 在每個扇貝下放紛絲
    Place minced garlic (mixed with sugar, salt, soy sauce) on top of each scallop 在每個扇貝上放蒜蓉(與鹽丶糖和生抽拌勻)

  3. 3

    Steam around 7 mins (depends on size) 蒸7分鐘左右(視平大小)
