Ingredients

14,15 luddu
  1. 300 gmchana(chickpeas)
  2. 100 gmdesiccated coconut
  3. 50 gmAlmond and Cashews
  4. 12-13raisins
  5. 100 mlghee
  6. 4-5cardamom
  7. 125 gmsugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Grind chana in mixer n sieve it properly.

    Grind coconut.

  3. 3

    Grind almonds n cashews. Chop raisins.

  4. 4

    Grind sugar also.now take all these in a plate and mix properly.

  5. 5

    Make powder of cardamom and add to mixture.Then take hot ghee and mix it in this mixture. Make dough.

    Make small luddus from this dough n enjoy with tea.
