  1. 1/2 kgpotatoes
  2. 1/2 kgsem phalli(broad beans)
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1 tbspg/g paste
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 2medium size onion
  9. 1/2 tsptermeric powder
  10. 1/2 cupoil

    Wash and cuts vegetable first

    Now slice onion and tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add oil into a pan and heat up

  4. 4

    Now add sliced onion and fry until light brown

  5. 5

    Now add g/g paste tomatoes and all dry masala and cook until tomatoes are soft

  6. 6

    Now add vegetable and cook on low flame until potatoes and beans are soft(do not use water)

  7. 7

    Now it is ready serve it with chapati
